Holy Trinity School Uniform
and PE Kit Guidance
Please be advised that Students will be required to wear their school uniform every day. On days that they have PE, they will need to bring their PE kit in separately and use the changing rooms before and after their PE lesson.
- All colours mentioned are plain and un-patterned.
- The only logo accepted on any item is the Holy Trinity crest.
- Holy Trinity branded items can be purchased from Taylor Made (Scroll down to ‘Website Ordering’ for full details.)
- Optional items, if worn, must be as stipulated.
- All items of clothing must be clearly marked with the student’s name.
Uniform
Top Coat |
Students may wear a plain raincoat or overcoat on top of the school blazer. Unacceptable Topcoats: Hoodies; ¼ Zip sports tops; and denim jackets. |

Blazer | Navy blue with embroidered school crest pocket – Logo (Compulsory item). |
Shirt | Plain white formal (short or long sleeve). |
Tie | School tie with crest and house colour banding (Compulsory item). |
Skirt | Grey/Black pleated school skirt. |
Trousers |
Mid-grey or black straight-leg trousers only.
Note: Leggings, bootcut, or flared trousers are not allowed. |
Pullover | (Optional) Navy blue V-neck jumper. Must be worn in addition to, not instead of, the school blazer. |
Jewellery |
Students are prohibited from wearing any jewellery, except for a wristwatch and one small pair of plain stud earrings worn in the earlobes.
Facial jewellery is strictly prohibited. |
Hair |
Hair must be a natural colour only. No unnatural hair colours are permitted.
No lines or shaved patterns, no unnatural coloured streaks, haircuts must not be extreme. Long hair must be tied back during practical lessons. |
Headwear |
Students may wear religious head coverings such as hijabs, which must be plain black or navy blue. During June and July, white is also acceptable. Headwear must not have decoration or fringing, and the face must remain uncovered for identification.
Head wraps or scarves for Afro-textured hair must follow the same colour guidelines. |
Make Up/ Nails/ Eyelashes/ Tattoos |
Make up should be minimal and discreet. No false eyelashes or eyelash extensions/inserts. No acrylic/false nails, gel nails or coloured nail varnish. No Tattoos. |
Footwear | Shoes must be flat, plain black leather that can be polished. |
Socks | Grey, black or navy blue. |
Tights | Navy, black or natural colour – Leggings are not permitted. |
Bag | Students should carry a sturdy school bag such as a rucksack, sports bag, or shoulder bag. |
PE Kit
Sweatshirt/Hoodie | Navy blue; may be plain or feature the optional HTS logo. |

Polo Shirt | White polo shirt (Compulsory); must be either plain or embroidered with the optional HTS logo. |
Shorts | Plain Navy Blue (Compulsory). |
Joggers | Plain Navy blue; leggings are not permitted. |
Long sleeved sports top | Plain Navy Blue. |
Trainers | Must have non-marking soles. |

Notes
Summer Term Only:
Students must arrive at school in full uniform. After morning assembly, they may be permitted to remove their blazers. Pullovers are not to be worn without a blazer at any time.
Severe Weather Conditions:
In adverse weather, students may wear appropriate outerwear over their uniform to stay warm and dry while travelling to and from school. However, full school uniform must be worn throughout the school day.
Footwear:
Students who arrive wearing non-standard footwear will be required to change into school-issued shoes, and may change back at the end of the day.
