Last Friday, we said a fond farewell to our amazing Year 13 students with a special Leavers Celebration. Students gathered in the refectory to mark the occasion, where Mr Berry reflected on their achievements and offered his encouragement and best wishes as they prepare for their next steps. Tutors also shared heartfelt messages, reflecting on memories and wishing students every success for the future. 

Student representatives spoke beautifully, thanking staff and celebrating their journey and achievements during their time at HTS. We were also delighted that Mr Deysel was able to join us, bringing the event to a close with a thoughtful prayer for the students’ upcoming exams and future endeavours. 

It was wonderful to see so many Year 13 students and staff enjoying the event together, truly reflecting the strong and supportive community they have built during their time in Sixth Form. The celebration continued with games, pizza, and plenty of opportunities to take photos and capture this memorable milestone. A special thank you goes to Tom and Ruth for providing fantastic live music throughout the event. 

For many, this marks the end of seven years at HTS. We are incredibly proud of everything they have accomplished and wish all our Year 13 students the very best of luck in their exams and beyond. We look forward to hearing about the amazing things they will go on to achieve.
