Sixth Form ID Cards
At Holy Trinity, sixth form students are provided with ID cards to ensure their safety and maintain school security. These cards are issued on the students’ first day at Sixth Form and are managed by our in-house ICT team.
I’ve lost my card, what do I do? 😵💫
If a student loses their ID card, they should in the first instance:
Go to the Sixth Form Office first.
- Collect a temporary lanyard (as lanyards must be worn around school at all times).
- Parents will be emailed if students are not wearing lanyards.
Deactivate your old card
- Report to BCTEC so your lost card can be de-activated.
Order a replacement
- Use Scopay to purchase a replacement lanyard and ID card. If you do not already have a SCOPAY account click here for instructions.
Collect your new lanyard and ID card
Once ordered, your replacement will be available from the Sixth Form Office.
