Internet Payments

We are a cashless school here at Holy Trinity which means you can pay for your child’s trips, lunches, textbooks and ties all online. SCOPAY – (the system we use) is online and has an app that you can link to your child’s account, meaning you can do everything from wherever is most convenient for you.

We can also take sign ups/permissions for trips and events on SCOPAY, even if they don't have a cost, so its important that you have an account.

If you are using the SCOPAY system for the first time, please email financeofficer@holytrinitycrawley.org.uk to obtain a secure access code for your child. Please include in your email the full name of the child for whom you would like to set up an account. Once you have received your secure access code, simply ‘Register as a New User’ on the Scopay website using the following link www.scopay.com/holytrinity

You can also use your account to check your child’s meal history and print receipts for payments. If you already have an account but you are experiencing issues, let us know at financeofficer@holytrinitycrawley.org.uk

If you already have a Scopay account for another child, at either our school or any other school, you can link the accounts by following the ‘How do I link my children to my existing account?’ instructions included in the Quick Reference Guide found by clicking this link https://www.scopay.com/faqs.html
