Examinations and Assessment

If you have left Holy Trinity Church of England School in July 2023 but still have exam certificates to collect for GCSEs, A Levels and other qualifications, these will be available for you to collect by appointment.  Please contact Mrs Simmons, Exams Officer, in the first instance by phoning the school or by email: lsimmons@holytrinitycrawley.org.uk.  You will need to sign for certificates and provide ID at the time of collecting them.

Please be aware that school only has to retain your certificates for 1 year after which time they can be destroyed, ie January 2025.

If you have received your exam results this summer (August 2024) your certificates will be available to collect mid December onwards – please recheck this page for an update in early December regarding collection of certificates.

Exam Contingency Days 2025

Following the Covid-19 pandemic, further resilience was needed within the exam timetables. A single contingency day was not felt to be sufficient if a national event or incident had a significant effect on the exam timetable. For example, summer exams could be affected by extremely high temperatures.

For the June 2025 exams, the awarding bodies have put in place two contingency sessions. These are on Wednesday 11th June 2025 in the afternoon, and all day on Wednesday 25th June 2025.

Candidates must remain available until Wednesday 25 June 2025 should examinations need to be rescheduled.
