Paying for your Child
We are a Cashless School
At Holy Trinity, we are a cashless school. This means all payments for your child’s trips, events, and lunches can be made online. We use SCOPAY, a convenient system accessible both through a website and a mobile app. You can easily link it to your child’s account, allowing you to manage payments anytime, anywhere.
What do we use Scopay for?
We use SCOPAY to manage lunches, Trips & Events; we collect payments, consent and other relevant information required for these—even when there’s no fee involved. That’s why having an active SCOPAY account is important.
Lunches
After you have set up your SCOPAY account (as explained on the right), you can find details on how to register your child for biometric lunch payments on the ‘School Meals’ page.
Trips & Events
We offer a wide range of trips and school events throughout the year, all managed through Tucasi SCOPAY—whether or not a fee is required. SCOPAY is the only system used to provide consent for your child’s participation. Trip letters are sent via email, so please ensure your contact details are up to date. Getting Set up on SCOPAY
For first time users, you will need to do the following:
- Email tripsandevents@holytrinitycrawley.org.uk to request a secure access code for your child. Be sure to include your child’s full name in the email.
- Once you receive your access code, simply register as a new user on the SCOPAY website here: www.scopay.com/holytrinity.

How do I link my children to my existing account?
If you already have a SCOPAY account for another child—whether at Holy Trinity or another school—you can link multiple children to one account.
Just email the Trips and Events team as above to be provided with a link code, to allow us to link the children together.
